Please email us describing the reason for wanting to return/complain about the product. If we believe it is necessary to send us the components, we will email you an RMA number. Please mark the package with the RMA number and return it to us. We will then make an assessment and, if necessary, forward the product to our supplier for additional assessment. Whatever the outcome, we will keep you constantly informed.

Our energy storage systems are designed with the safest and most long-lasting lithium iron phosphate cells, LiFePO4, sometimes called LFP. Their service life is up to 8,000 cycles (charging and discharging).

Because our complete systems include an inverter (400 V 3-phase), transformer and switch, they can automatically transition to backup mode (island mode) and this takes place in under 140 ms. The energy storage takes over and can then control and monitor any existing solar inverters.

The functions you want are programmed when you order the system. For example, you might require peak shaving over 100 kW and 50Hz frequency regulation at a certain time of day, while saving 30% of the battery capacity for backup mode in the event of mains power failure. You can also change these settings after delivery via the internet thanks to the Modbus interface (backend).

All our systems are equipped with sensors and an active battery management system (aBMS). Within the battery modules and in the battery container are automatic N2/CO2 fire protection systems in case of a thermal surge or electronics fire. An AC system for cooling and heating also ensures that the correct temperature is maintained in the battery system.

Unfortunately, we currently have only a limited selection of products with a manual/instructions in Swedish. If you need help or have any questions about what the instructions say, you are always welcome to contact us by phone or email.

We offer telephone support to help our customers set up or trim our products. We are also able to connect to some products remotely by computer, with your permission. If it is necessary to meet in person, we can of course come to you to provide support on site.

Many of our products can be supplied pre-set, just requiring some simple adjustments after mounting. To do this, we will need the relevant information about the intended application. Other products must be configured on site in the application, and we are of course happy to help with that.

Semrock holds all its standard filters in stock in the United States, so we can normally deliver within about a week of your order.

Yes, Semrock will cut filters according to your requirements from pre-coated substrate. Sizes from 5x5 mm to 50x50 mm, or 5 mm diameter to 50 mm diameter, can be supplied within 2-3 weeks.

Our products are mainly purchased in small quantities by universities, and our price lists are already drawn up accordingly. This means that we do not offer any special university discount. For larger orders, please request a quote.
